Requirements
• Grade 12
• Certificate in postural care will be an added advantage
• At least minimum of 2 years relevant working experience as a warden or hostel administration
• Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures and First Aid Training
• A valid Driver’s License
• Sound computer literacy
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• Provide leadership amongst the student residential community
• Responsible for the proper management of residence
• Enforcement of the Accommodation rules and Regulations as outlined in the prospectus
• Organize welcome events for new and continuing students
• Ensure compliance with College policy on all matters relating to student behavior

Asset Management Clerk

Requirements:
• Grade 12 and with a recognized NQF level 6/7 in Financial Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Financial Management, Logistics Management or Public Management
• 1-year relevant experience in asset management.
• Knowledge of Asset management principles and practices; PFMA &Treasury Regulations; Supply Chain Management policies and procedures, GRAP standards; inventory and stock control processes
• Knowledge of Public Service Regulatory Framework,
• Knowledge of the Institute for Internal Auditors (IIA) Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Audit.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• Maintain and update the fixed asset register and asset management database
• Allocate and manage asset identification tags
• Record asset acquisitions, transfers, disposals and impairments
• Calculate and process depreciation of fixed assets
• Reconcile the asset register with the general ledger
• Conduct periodic asset verification and stock counts
• Identify obsolete, redundant and unserviceable assets for disposal
• Monitor compliance with asset management policies and procedures
• Prepare asset management reports and audit schedules
• Assist internal and external auditors during asset – related audits
